Please read the following agreement carefully before using our services.

At The Wash Box Laundromat, we understand your busy lifestyle and how important it is to have clean clothes on-hand at all times. We offer a one-stop solution for all of your laundry cleaning needs, including pick-ups, drop offs, wash & fold and coin or self laundry services. Use of any of our services indicates an agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

General Terms & Conditions
  • All garments/linen/fabrics are handled with greatest care but owing to the conditions of the articles or non-visible defects in its material there is a possibility of discolouring or shrinkage. Such garments are accepted at owner's risk.
  • Company will use reasonable efforts to ensure that washing, drying and folding services are maintained at a high level of quality.
  • Company does not read manufacturer suggested care labels due to time constraints, and will not be responsible for garments labeled "hand wash only" or "dry clean only."
  • Company accepts no liability for "special care" and delicate items that require special attention.
  • Company is not responsible for any article left beyond 30 days. Storage fees of 12% per month apply thereafter. Articles unclaimed within three months may be sold to recover charges.
  • Company reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment.
  • Complete removal of stains cannot be guaranteed and will be processed at customer's risk.
  • Company is not responsible for loss of personal items (money, jewelry, etc.) left in articles.
  • If customer cannot accept the loss of any garment, please do not leave it with us.
  • In case of loss or damage, Company can reimburse up to 3× its processing cost only if Customer produces the bills. Compensation is in the form of services — no cash.
  • Customers must count articles at delivery and notify the delivery person of any missing items. No claims after delivery has been accepted and signed.
  • Company gives a warranty of 7 days from delivery for quality-related issues (only if the article has not been used after service).
  • Customers may receive transactional and marketing updates (Calls/SMS/Email/App). To opt out, register a request with our Customer Care Department.
  • Company shall not be held responsible for any ornaments/jewellery fittings on garments.
  • Customers must examine articles for damage at delivery and notify at that time. No claims afterwards.
  • Any loss/damage/delay due to Force Majeure — Company is not liable for any compensation.
  • We accept no liability for loss/damage due to fire, burglary, or other unforeseen causes beyond our control.
  • Some items may require additional processing time. No deductions or claims can be made for delays.
  • Tariff for designer wear will be decided case-by-case based on garment complexity, communicated after expert examination.
Payment Terms
  • Company does not provide printed bills. Invoices will be sent by e-mail only to the registered email ID.
  • Customers will be charged twice the regular amount for any express delivery.
  • Customer must pay the entire amount after successful delivery of the order.
  • For retail orders, payment by cash is preferred. Debit/credit cards are accepted if informed beforehand.
  • Prepaid plans can be paid by cash or cheque. Plans are effective only after cheque realization.
  • Tax will be charged over and above the rates mentioned on the website.
  • Prepaid plans are valid only at the location where they were purchased.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
  • Any extra amount paid for a retail order can be refunded upon customer request.
  • Balance in "Prepaid" plans is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another customer.
  • Users can cancel at any time before actual pick-up. No cancellation charges will be levied.
  • If Company denies processing any article, the order amount will be refunded or added to prepaid balance.
  • Cancellation requests must be placed within 2 hours of article pickup.
  • Once an order is punched and processed, it cannot be cancelled.
Coupons & Discounts
  • Coupons can only be applied using The Wash Box Laundromat mobile app.
  • Once an order is placed and invoice is generated, coupons cannot be applied.
  • No two or more discounts/coupons/offers can be clubbed together.
Privacy Policy
  • Company will never sell your personal information (phone number, address, email) to any third party.
  • Company may hire third-party companies for limited administrative services (hosting, mailing, customer support, payment processing). These companies are only permitted to use your information for those specific services.
Other Policies
  • Links To Other Sites: Company doesn't hold any liability for damages from content published on our website.
  • Distribution of Information: The content of this website is intellectual property of Company. Any distribution will not be tolerated and shall be punishable by law.
  • Prohibited Uses: Impersonating or imitating someone else shall be liable for legal action.
  • Content Permission & Restrictions: Any imitation or distribution of content for any purpose is treated as infringement and is punishable by law.
  • Changes To the Agreement: The above information is liable to change at any time without prior notice. Company shall not be liable for any loss incurred.
